"I’ve had a great experience with State Farm and wanted to give a shoutout to Kori and Mikayla for their outstanding service. From the start, they made everything simple, clear, and stress-free. Both of them were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all my questions. They took the time to explain my coverage options in a way that actually made sense, which I really appreciated. It never felt rushed—they genuinely cared about helping me find the right fit. Customer service like this is hard to come by, and it really makes a difference. I feel confident knowing I’m in good hands with State Farm. "DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH!!! I have never been more dissatisfied with an insurance company. They are constantly making errors with our policies, overcharging at times. I am constantly having to call in to fix issues that should not be happening in the first place. They also randomly charge your card without consent when new or unexpected charges appear, and there is little to no transparency. The app and online system do not clearly show what the charges are for or why they are being applied."

"I would be happy to look into this for you if you want to give us a call at the office and speak to my manager, Sean or Mikayla we can definitely get this corrected for you. Unfortunately you’re profile does not show your last name so I cannot look into this without you reaching out to us. With billing you do get multiple notices and the only changes that can change Pricing would be a short pay for a prior month or a change in your policy. Please give us a call. I am more than happy to look into this for you."

"Absolutely AWFUL Agent to conduct business with in regards to insurance- and an even WORSE Agent to be employed under. Kat is simply a self-interest driven individual. She does not care of your needs and satisfaction. There are many other carriers that are more fruitful than this rotten tree. 100% do NOT recommend!!"

"I’ve been with State Farm since 2021 and always paid on time, but the first time I needed real help, the service was awful. I had issues with my Drive Safe & Save discount after getting two new vehicles. I emailed on August 11 and never got a reply. On August 22, I got a bill $37 higher than expected—Gulio promised a credit and a new beacon, which never happened. By September 19, my bill jumped $150, and I was told the instructions I was given before were wrong. On September 26, when I followed up again, Gulio refused to take accountability and was fine with me being upset and even losing my business. State Farm talks about trust and service, but my experience was the opposite—broken promises, poor communication, and zero accountability"

"I appreciate your frustration, however when it comes to drive safe and save it as a two-step process. first the team member enrolled you on our side of the system, and then you have to enroll on your. it looks like the second half of the step was not completed and you did send a email on August 11 and did receive a call back from the office on August 12 and on August 21 unfortunately the discount is not able to be retroactively applied because it doesn’t apply until you’ve completed your second step of the process. unfortunately, it looks like that didn’t get completed for a few more days even after the phone call. there’s nothing for G to take accountability for because he did do his half of the process the discount has been applied which I did send you the confirmation of and it was not $150 fee. It was a $37 fee and a $14 fee if you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out to the office but there is nothing else to be adjusted and it’s not a trust issue because it’s a two-step process that was not complete."

"I would give them more stars if I could. We have several accounts with Kat from auto and home to commercial. Kat and her staff are always very responsive and helpful anytime we call. Jamie is always willing to go above and beyond to help me with all of my questions. Jamie also takes the time to slow down and explain insurance lingo to me. Noah is also helpful in time sensitive matters that I have called with. This is a superb office with the best staff!"
